Chris Hadley comes from a family of entrepreneurs and has been one himself, launching companies, products, services, and software over the years. This actual business experience guides his understanding of not only the challenges but also the paths to success for today’s creators.  Chris’ technology experience includes software, SaaS, managed services, networking, consumer and B2B products, and professional services, among other information technology components. Chris has also represented restaurants, residential and commercial service providers, and construction companies, among other small businesses. His years of intellectual property, commercial, and real estate litigation experience have also shaped his contract drafting, negotiation and dispute resolution skills. From world-leading public companies to family-owned service businesses, Chris has learned through years of hands-on practical involvement. 

Chris grew up in Vermont and New York and lived in Boston for over a decade before moving to Park City, Utah with his family in 2011. A University of Vermont graduate with a degree in Animal Science, and a 2009 graduate of Suffolk University Law School, Chris obtained his practical legal experience as an associate and partner at several regional and large law firms including Fish & Richardson P.C. in Boston and Holland & Hart and Jones Waldo Holbrook & McDonough in Utah.

Chris is admitted and licensed to practice law in Utah, Massachusetts, and several appellate courts including the Tenth Circuit Court of Appeals and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit.

Chris is an outdoorsman and enjoys spending time with his wife and two children in the mountains, lakes, beaches, and deserts of the West and New England, and often reminisces of his youth growing up on a small farm in New York and working as a cowboy in Wyoming.
